³¹Making perfectly linear amplifiers using a mixture of linear components and linear component is typically quite hard. In general an amplifier including nonlinear components is nonlinear, although the behavior may be sufficiently linear in some range and/or when using feedback — see chapter 6 — to actually call it a linear amplifier.
